The application of curve space projection in UG modeling
as shown in Figure 1 is a plastic product - shoe puller. When we get the coherent detection of the finished rubber parts of the product, we can't completely refer to the physical object of the above method, first measure the dimensions of some key points of the product, then draw a two-dimensional diagram of the product, as shown in Figure 2, and then draw a three-dimensional solid diagram according to the two-dimensional diagram
the following describes the 3D modeling method of shoe puller using UG software
1 draw a sketch
1) click I mode 2: in the lactone ring β- The bond fracture between carbon atom and oxygen atom can produce enantiomers and produce outer nsert → sketch, and draw a sketch in the X-Y plane as shown in Figure 3
2) repeat the action of 1) and draw a sketch on the x-z plane as shown in Figure 4
2 build space curve
1) exit the sketch, and the curve of X-Y plane and x-z plane under the three-dimensional coordinate system is shown in Figure 5
2) two plane curves are projected into space to produce space curves
use the combine projection command to project curves as follows:
a Using the curve 1 drawn on the x-z plane and the entire outer circumference 3 of the curve drawn on the X-Y plane, the spatial curve 5 is formed by projection to space, as shown in Figure 6 from the perspective of national policy
b . Using the curve 2 of the x-z plane and the curve 3 of the X-Y plane, use the same steps described in a to project to space to form the spatial curve 6, as shown in Figure 6
c . Similarly, curve 4 of X-Y plane curve and the right two sections of x-z plane curve 1 are projected into space to form space curve 7, as shown in Figure 6
3) blank the sketch and add two mutually perpendicular lines on curve 6, as shown in Figure 7:
3 build a surface
1) use the sweep command to draw the surface shown in Figure 8
2) use the bounded plane command to draw the plane shown in Figure 9
3) blank the drawn surface (so that the curve can be clearly selected), and then use through curve mesh to draw the surface shown in Figure 10
4) use the bounded plane command to draw another plane, as shown in Figure 11
5) blank all the faces, and then use the rule command to get the side figure as shown in Figure 12
4 construction entity
unblank all surfaces, and the figure shown in Figure 13 appears. With the perfect protection function, sew all surfaces together with sew command, that is, form the whole shoe extraction sub entity
